Amazing place with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a game room. The staff helped me find great local delivery during my first stay, and I appreciated their friendly service. I’m coming back for Christmas!

The hotel's location near entertainment was a plus, but everything else left much to be desired. The building was in disrepair, rooms were poorly maintained, and cleanliness was a major concern. Staff were friendly, yet the facilities were outdated and needed serious renovations. I couldn't recommend this place for a relaxing stay.

the quality inn was easy to get to, right off the thruway. the room was spacious, and the service stood out, particularly the manager reaching out to resolve my concerns quickly. i felt valued. the shower had great water pressure, making for a refreshing experience.

Target audience: family-friendly but chaotic

The waterpark was a blast for the kids, they couldn’t stop talking about those slides. Though, the lifeguard was completely useless when older kids were throwing balls. I had to intervene myself

Batavia's culinary scene is a gem! Hit up Five Guys for a burger that'll make your taste buds dance, then swing by Alex's Place for some local fare that'll warm your soul. The room had cozy furnishings too, perfect for a crash after a food adventure.

The bathroom wasn’t the best—hanging wires and rust in the vents were a bit off-putting. Not to mention, the dead fish in the parking lot isn’t exactly the welcome mat I hoped for. Definitely outdated for a Quality brand hotel.

It was just a good pick for a brief stopover in Batavia with value for price. The beds were clean and really provided a good night's sleep. Check nearby for local dining options. there's a nice spot just down the street.
